  • Eliminate stress and save time!

Why Hire Us?

  • Over 14 years of DWI defense experience
  • We have defended hundreds of clients with DWI charges in Louisiana -we are DWI lawyers
  • Highly-rated by our past clients
  • Excellent communications – you will always know what is going on in your case

Important – 30 days After Arrest – We can do it for you

If you have just received a DWI, keep in mind that you have only 30 days from the date of arrest to request an Administrative Hearing to challenge the refusal or submittal over the limit of any chemical tests that you took or didn’t take.  After that 30 days, you lose the right to have a hearing. When you hire us, we will make the request and attend the hearing so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Driver’s License Hearing – We can do it for you

After the request for an Administrative Hearing is made, it will be scheduled for a hearing sometimes referred to as the “Driver’s License Hearing.”  We will examine the reports and attend the hearing and make any necessary arguments to the judge on your behalf. You do not need to attend.  We can do it for you if you prefer.

Need an extended temporary driver’s license? – We can get it for you

If you refused or submitted overt the limit on chemical tests after suspected drunken driving, the officer may take your driver’s license.  You should have been given a 30-day temporary license from the police officer.  However, if you hire us soon enough, we may be able to get you temporary license extended beyond the 30 days so you can continue to drive uninterrupted.

DWI Arraignment – We can do it for you

The first court date after your DWI arrest in Louisiana is called an Arraignment.  If you are formally charged with DWI first or second offense, we may be able to go to the Arraignment for you so you do not need to attend.

Status Hearings – We can do it for you

Depending on how the case is handled, you may not need to ever step foot in a courtroom. This may involve attending Status Hearings on your behalf to keep the case moving forward. Leave it up to the lawyers to battle it out in court.

Negotiate with the prosecutor – We can do it for you

This is a step in the process in which most clients want nothing to do with. To successfully negotiate with a prosecutor on behalf of a client charged with DWI, many years of experience handling DWI cases and deep knowledge and understanding of Louisiana DWI law helps to get the best result.

Clean up your criminal record – We can do it for you

After the DWI is over and the case is completed, we may be able to clean up your criminal record.  The process is called an expungement. It is not automatic.  Depending on how your case is resolved, you may be eligible to file a Motion to Expunge the arrest and/or conviction from your record.
