Penalties for DWI in St. Tammany

There are a variety of penalties you could face. These depend on the type of offense. In St. Tammany, here are the offenses and penalties that are related to DWI:

 

First Offense DWI

If you are convicted for first offense DWI, your license could be seized for one year, and you could spend about a hundred and eighty days in jail. You could pay a one thousand dollar fine.
