It’s a wonderful idea to consider this type of profession if you have a criminal record. That is not to say that construction companies or roofing companies often have felons working for them. That is not the case at all. However, learning a trade that does not require you to have a clean background is a great goal and you can build on it and have a successful career.

 Roofing and construction is demanding work. However, many roofing and construction companies are small businesses. In fact, they often hire based on skill set and rarely conduct background checks..
